Introduction: These web pages describe work carried out for a third year project for a BSc Computer Science degree. The project covers the use of strong object-oriented principles, such as the OMT, to develop a fully-functional application. The final product will be a software system capable of the tasks specified in the project statement, passing the acceptance tests. This report does not aim to teach OMT, UML or C++. It aims to demonstrate their use and application to a suitable problem, to examine conceptual problems during development and how the development process being adopted helps overcome them. The software was developed in C++ using Microsoft Developer Studio 5.0/6.0. ENTROPY |
